Why?

Well I once was very overweight - in fact I don't even know what the number on the scale said but the number of my trousers grew to 44 inches! 

Also I have gone through the ups and downs - the highs and lows of life which have included HUGE personal and work achievement -but also had the other end of things like loss of my hearing as well as broken relationships! 

When I became deeply unhappy with how I felt as well as how I looked I knew that I had to change! 

I wanted to know and to find my true self which turned out to be a guy that loved adrenaline sports and adventure and this was so much easier to do when I was fit, strong but most importantly had energy! 

Now as a man in my late forties and a father to two amazing boys, have an incredible relationship with my girlfriend and friends as well as continue to work as a business owner. 
I constantly have had to evolve to ensure that my energy and my fitness is a priority to give me the life I know I deserve ... I am happy and I want to help others achieve this.  

I like talking to people and learning about them and if there is a mutual respect then building trust so that I can best serve my clients because I know who they are and  I learn how to get the best out of them using  my skills and two decades of experience!
