The first step in getting what you want!
First we need to look at why you are looking to start this programme and also ask key questions that will help you at a time when you are finding these changes to you lifestyle difficult (and you will ...it happens to the best of us!) So lets delve in to the first step of your transformation to getting what YOU really want.
One of the most important parts of self care is what you put into yourself so we will look at what you are currently eating and then identify what changes are needed in order to help you achieve your goals. The important thing here is - there are no fad diets or strict meal plans. We are much more about mindful eating and understanding the consequences of what you eat so make better decisions.

Designing Your Weekly Training Goals
Now is the time to start creating your exercise routine. BUT hold on this is about you so YOU will be involved with this. Firstly we will be looking at how our week might look with Exercise - Recovery - Daily Movement. Tomorrow we will look at what actual exercise you could do if you don't already have a plan A and or don't have access to a gym.

Over the years I have given out too many programmes and found them not followed or adhered too so I have learnt that when you are involved with the creation of it then there is a much higher percentage of it being followed. Hence we are now going to create our own bodyweight programme that you can do anywhere at anytime!

Creating Habits and Rituals
Let's identify your habits that might not be serving you in getting that results you desire and create new rituals that will help you in getting what you want and faster. This step is critical in moving forward as when we have identified some things that might be hooding us back and come up with a new action plan then the programme becomes easier to follow.

This is going to happen multiple times over the next few days/months/years! It is essential to understand that it will and have a action plan already set up and in place so that when the feeling of 'not wanting to do it today' comes in - You can put into process the steps that you have already set up and know will work for you to help get you back on track in no time!

Why?
Well I once was very overweight - in fact I don't even know what the number on the scale said but the number of my trousers grew to 44 inches!
Also I have gone through the ups and downs - the highs and lows of life which have included HUGE personal and work achievement -but also had the other end of things like loss of my hearing as well as broken relationships!
When I became deeply unhappy with how I felt as well as how I looked I knew that I had to change!
I wanted to know and to find my true self which turned out to be a guy that loved adrenaline sports and adventure and this was so much easier to do when I was fit, strong but most importantly had energy!
Now as a man in my late forties and a father to two amazing boys, have an incredible relationship with my girlfriend and friends as well as continue to work as a business owner. I constantly have had to evolve to ensure that my energy and my fitness is a priority to give me the life I know I deserve ... I am happy and I want to help others achieve this.
I like talking to people and learning about them and if there is a mutual respect then building trust so that I can best serve my clients because I know who they are and I learn how to get the best out of them using my skills and two decades of experience!

How long will this course take me?
